We 3D print parts for rapid prototyping and low-volume production with FDM 3D printing. We offer FDM for quick-turn manufacturing using ABS and PLA filament materials for many use cases. We are able to work with you from basic to fine details (if needed), including how many wall perimeters you'd like, infill percentage, colour of filament, etc.

Our 3D scanning process can provide you with a 3D model of your part, which can be used for reverse engineering, quality inspection or printing prototypes. It's great when you don't have a CAD model for a specific part, want to quickly capture measurements of physical objects, or to make sure parts fit together.  

Our laser engraving machine can laser etch a variety of materials and products with personalized logos, custom branding, personal messages or portraits, or artwork. We offer services for laser engraved corporate gifts such as bottles with names and logos, engineering parts (e.g. marking metal or plastic components for traceability), and engraving intricate art.

Our process is detailed and includes preparation of artwork using laser engraving software, layout and positioning of logos, designs, or numbered markings on your parts which we will work with you to finalize, and power and speed selection of the laser tool head to ensure the etching is clear on the product with a smooth, bright surface finish.

Our laser cutting machine is able to cut through cost-effective plywood, color-rich acrylics, paper, or your own suitable substrate or textiles. There is a limited thickness we are able to cut for you which relates to the available laser power in our machine, so please request a quote to see if it is something we can do for you.

Laser cutting can be a quick and more cost effective alternative to machining if you need a flat shape cut out. There are many benefits to using laser cut parts, such as for tooling, jigs, crafts, accessories, etc. We also provide CAD and mechanical design services upon request.
